A Meal Plan to Help You Chart Your Course Toward Health

If the month of January were a person, it would surely be that uber-ambitious friend who has to-do lists for her to-do lists. The one who hits the gym, meditates, drinks her three liters of water — and at once manages to keep a gratitude journal. With January comes the energy of catalyzation, the urge to propel ourselves into new domains, to shift gears, to grow. 

Maybe it’s because there’s something about a hard start, the carte blanche of square one, that can give many of us the push we need to try something different, something better, something perhaps healthier. 

With the spirit of newness in mind, I’m excited to unveil Live Better Wild: Four Weeks to Eating More Fish. Knowing that the new year can inspire a concerted effort toward health and happiness, the Wild Alaskan Company recipe team has drawn up a delicious and very doable meal plan that can help you chart your course toward healthy routines in 2024 in just four weeks. 

Live Better Wild features a week-to-week series of recipes and cooking tips that make it easy to incorporate more fish into your diet, whether you’ve got a Wild Salmon Box, Wild White Fish Box, or Wild Combo Box awaiting you in your freezer. That’s a full month of culinary variety built around lean protein and essential nutrients that can help support your overall health resolutions.
