A seasonal delicacy from Alaska! Lingcod is a mild, flaky white fish that has in-the-know seafood lovers going wild when it’s available. In appearance, it closely resembles Pacific cod, but lingcod has a firm, fairly meaty texture that’s all its own. Like other types of white fish from Alaska, lingcod is high in protein, low in fat and holds up to a myriad of cooking methods.
