Veggie loaded angel hair pasta with generous bites of Dungeness crab and a spicy sauce make for an ideal, and healthy, weeknight dinner. Taking notes from the classic Fra Diavolo pasta, the sauce comes together quickly with fire roasted canned tomatoes and gets a boost of veggies (plus fiber + nutrients) from a bell pepper. Finally, sweet and buttery Dungeness crab contrasts perfectly with the kick from chili flakes.
Other varieties of Alaskan crab would be lovely additions to this pasta, too. Try flaking in morsels of Red King Crab, for a more decadent version of this crab pasta recipe.
