This quick recipe for air fryer teriyaki pairs broccoli and wild-caught white fish with a bold sauce. Air Fryer Teriyaki White Fish and Charred Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) portion Pacific cod
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoons store-bought or homemade teriyaki sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 375F.
2. Toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Season Pacific cod fillets with salt and pepper, then brush each with 1 tablespoon of sauce.
4. Line air fryer with parchment. Arrange Pacific cod and broccoli in an even layer and set timer for 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness of fillet. Pacific cod is medium when thickest part of fillet registers at 130F on an instant-read thermometer. Broccoli can be left to cook in air fryer for a few minutes after removing fish until it reaches desired crispness.
5. Transfer Pacific cod and broccoli to serving plate and enjoy immediately.
