Garlic-Herb Buttermilk Dip for Alaskan Crab

July 24th, 2023

A Creamy Dipping Sauce or Dressing

This tangy, mayo-based dipping sauce for crab legs is blended with buttermilk, jalapeno and herbs for a delicious burst of flavor. Once the ingredients are blended together, they transform into a creamy, pastel green dip that perfectly complements crab meat — especially a sweet, briny species like Dungeness crab.

Alternatively, try using the garlic-herb buttermilk dip as a dressing for shredded snow crab, which you can scoop over salads or toasted crostini.
