Senior Growth Marketing Manager

You’re a manager and a leader. As the conductor of campaigns to drive acquisition, you’re able to bring multiple teams together that work towards one common goal. You’re brand conscious, but not over protective. In the morning, you might divvy up initiatives to various team members before diving into Google Analytics and spending the afternoon leading a creative session. You’re tactical, strategic and empathetic. Data informs your decisions, but doesn’t control them.

This is a new position at Wild Alaskan that will report directly to our Founder and CEO. You’ll have the opportunity to rapidly grow our business, while propelling our brand and mission forward.


  • Manage paid and organic campaigns from inception to stakeholder reviews to launch across various channels, including social, SEM, display, native and offline to drive the growth of our member base
  • Closely collaborate with the creative, communications, supply chain, digital product and member experience teams, and foster an environment of open and direct communication
  • Lead all reporting on the performance of campaigns and mediums against the hypotheses, goals and key metrics (CAC, LTV, etc.) defined during the concepting phase
  • Steward creative sessions, involving members across various teams, to ideate and clearly define deliverables for campaigns across all channels
  • Craft budgets and timelines for all initiatives alongside the leadership team
  • Team up with various out-of-house partners and make sure they are integrated into our team and culture
  • Continuously improve our internal processes around cross-functional communication, idea generation, project execution and reporting
  • Work closely with other teams to effectively manage creative resources
  • Ensure that all creative (videos, photos, landing pages, etc.) remains on-brand and relevant for the particular channel
  • Never stop thinking about how to inspire creativity and promote a culture of originality
  • A constant hunger to learn and try new approaches, and identify channels where we can make strategic bets



  • 5+ years experience working in growth marketing at an eCommerce company and/or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Passion to inspire and willingness to teach others
  • Unique ability to build consensus across teams
  • Incredibly organized with a high attention to detail
  • You’re a tinkerer and love to test ideas
  • Fluent in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Successful track record working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Visual design, video production, photography and/or motion graphics experience
  • Background in UI/UX and/or product management
  • Copywriting experience
  • Past employment in food
  • Involvement in a rapidly growing start-up
  • Deep understanding of SQL or Looker
