Operations Specialist

Brooklyn, New York / Portland, Oregon

At 9AM you might be on the phone with one of our fulfillment partners discussing the introduction of a new product and 45 minutes later, you’ll be analyzing shipping costs. You have a knack for strengthening relationships and a habit of looking at the data before suggesting a solution. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Supply Chain, your execution will have an integral part in delivering a first-class experience for our members. As part of the Operations team, you’ll collaborate with Supply Chain and Member Experience to ensure everything, from the receipt of product at fulfillment centers to members receiving their wild-caught, sustainable seafood, runs without a hitch. When issues (inevitably) arise, you embrace them, loop in the affected parties, offer paths forward and then come up with a plan on how to prevent the same issues moving forward. You’re nimble, organized, highly analytical and a fantastic communicator.
