As a creative leader and detail-oriented manager all in one, you know how to get the best out of your teams, and when strategy, requirements and direction isn’t clear, you come to the rescue. As someone who knows when to widen and narrow creative boundaries depending on the timeline, budget and team involved, you’re focused on getting the job done well, and keeping the team motivated.
The Creative Director (Ecommerce/Performance Marketing) will oversee and execute the creative process and serve as the central point for all marketing and creative briefs (ecommerce, performance & brand campaigns). You’ll ensure creative disciplines and needs are considered, requests are aligned to the brand standards, and high-quality work is produced. Above all, you’re willing and know when it’s necessary to step in and execute on creative yourself. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is a new position at Wild Alaskan that’s fast-paced and integral to the evolution of our storytelling and march towards our mission.
