Administrative Assistant

We're seeking an organized and meticulous individual to help us grow our company. By supporting the management team’s strategic initiatives, your work is integral to the success of delivering a fantastic experience for our members.   • Coordinate with various vendors to lead the organization and execution of all back office administrative paperwork
  • Constantly contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment
  • You’re the direct contact with building staff, making sure the team has all the supplies they need to be successful
  • Help the team deliver a delightful member experience by assisting the growth, member experience, digital product, supply chain and operations teams with various initiatives (e.g. sourcing and sending t-shirts)
  • Drive new employee onboarding across multiple teams
  • Manage scheduling of engagements, meetings and events across teams



  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of related work experience
  • Expert in Google Drive Applications, especially Google Sheets
  • A willingness to learn
  • English fluency
  • Quick on your feet and able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
  • A high attention to detail and appreciation for well-defined, organized business processes

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience (internship or full-time) at a growing start-up, food company and/or ecommerce subscription business
  • Working knowledge with Slack
  • Fluency in another language
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
